The 16th Annual FAVE Awards will highlight and celebrate the many local businesses and leaders who are committed to supporting their customers, employees, and our community through resiliency, adaptability, and innovation as we continue to redefine and embrace the spirit of our region.
The Austin Young Chamber invites you to join us on Thursday, November 19 at Austin Central Library to gather with business and community leaders for an evening of networking and celebration of the Central Texas business community.
Honoring the 2026 FAVE Award Categories
The FAVE Awards celebrate the organizational authors and individual storytellers pushing our community forward:
- FAVE Community Connector Award: Honoring teams intentionally weaving service, advocacy, and deep local partnerships into the fabric of Central Texas.
- FAVE Workforce Catalyst Award: Celebrating organizations cultivating the next generation of talent through inclusive cultures, mentorship, and career mobility.
- FAVE Momentum Builder Award: Recognizing resilient businesses turning strategic vision into sustainable growth, scalability, and market impact.
- FAVE Innovative Engine Award: Spotlighting the creators and problem-solvers developing bold products, fresh solutions, and ground-breaking initiatives.
- FAVE ChangeMaker – Nonprofit Leader: Honoring purpose-driven executives and advocates leading transformative, mission-focused work in Greater Austin.
- FAVE ChangeMaker – For-Profit Leader: Celebrating forward-thinking business leaders making a measurable impact through ethical corporate leadership and vision.

- Recommended attire: Experience the award-winning Austin Central Library event space with immersive activations. Think cocktail or formal attire with a storybook flair—rich jewel tones, celestial accents, velvet, or deep twilight hues are encouraged.
Please Note:
- Registration is required and tickets will not be sold at the door.
- This is a 21+ event.
- Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to other individuals. You must email us at operations@austinyoungchamber.org to transfer your ticket by 12pm on Monday, November 16.
- Your ticket does not include a +1. Each individual must purchase a ticket.
