Civics 101: Austin City Government and You

Description

Austin is growing in a major way, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be a part of the conversation! Join us for Happy Hour at Brewtorium on July 11th for a conversation with the Economic Development Committee about local Austin government. 

After this event, you’ll be able to find City Hall on a map, identify your City Council Representative- and maybe even run for their seat in the future-, while learning more about how our local government tackles big issues in partnership with other Austin organizations and our community.
